Quality is a matter of course for a company in the food sector – that is why we rely on our own internal quality management, in order to guarantee our customers the high quality and safety of our products.
We attach great importance to care, conscientiousness and transparency. Our quality management team carries out regular inspections of all production processes and thus ensures their smooth running and safety. Moreover, information on origin and production-related data are seamlessly documented, so that processes can be retraced and analysed down to the most minute detail. In this way we ensure that we constantly improve and continue to develop our system, and therefore the quality of our products.
We produce exclusively under the highest hygiene standards and thus comply with our own and statutory claims. We use the HACCP system as the basis for this and regular examinations of drinking water and minimum shelf life, as well as thorough checks of cleaning and disinfecting measures and microbiological samples of our products.
Our demand on ourselves is to also handle in tune with the environment. We therefore collaborate closely with regional companies and are committed to complying with ethical principles, as well as environmental and animal protection.
